Terms of Service and Booking

Everything you need to know to book an appointment.

 

ARTWORK AND RATES:

Artwork is worked on as the appointments approach meaning it is usually completed anywhere from the week of the appointment to the day before in order to keep up with the workflow so please do not send emails asking to see artwork in advance unless we have previously discussed differently. If there are any small changes you had in mind for the design we can work on them the day of the appointment but if you are looking to change the design drastically please contact me ASAP as depending on the change in the design we may have to reschedule your appointment as the time slot booked for you may no longer work for the new design you want. When it comes to tattoo pricing, they are priced based on size, location, and amount of detail in a design. So please be as detailed as possible when writing to me what it is you want to get. I have a $60 minimum and hourly rate of $100 an hour. 


DEPOSIT:
When booking the appointment you will be asked to leave a $60.00 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit. Deposits can be paid in either cash or card, and are used to reserve the time slot for your tattoo and will come off the total price of the tattoo at the end of your session.  If you no-call/no-show to your appointment your deposit will be void and you will be asked to leave a new $80 deposit in order to rebook the appointment. I am not paid hourly and cannot afford to have time wasted when someone does not show up as I am not only losing the time slot for your appointment but the hours I put into designing the tattoo outside of the shop as well so please only book if you are serious.


RESCHEDULE POLICY:

Clients are given a 15 minute grace period to their appointment unless you have called and discussed it with me prior. If you are later than 15 minutes without getting a hold of me in advance you forfeit both the deposit and your appointment slot.

If you need to reschedule your appointment you must give at least 24 hours notice either by calling the shop at 1(585)-325-2010, Myself at 1(585)648-8935 or email at marbleink585@gmail.com so I may follow up with you to reschedule the appointment. Failure to do so will result in a forfeited deposit. Multiple instances of reschedules and/or no-call/no-shows will result in ending our business relationship.

If you show up to your appointment and your skin is sunburned/ injured or you are sick you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. I am not able to tattoo damaged skin and I do not wish to be exposed to any unnecessary sickness so please be responsible and contact me ahead of time to reschedule if you have any of these ailments.

 

Book An Appointment

I greatly appreciate your interest in having me do a tattoo for you, but before setting up the appointment I would appreciate you reading my terms of service before setting up the appointment. This helps me to ensure I am able to answer and hopefully book as many people as I can as quickly as I am able to. Once you have done so Fill out all areas of this form (including attaching any reference images) And I will get back to you to book your tattoo ASAP! Please be patient if it takes me a couple days to respond as I do get a lot of messages that I am trying to answer along with taking care of existing clients. I work Tuesday through Saturday so weekend emails may not be responded to until the following Tuesday.
